Adventuring with Disney in Germany!

When: August 2-11, 2018

What: Adventures by Disney in Germany

Where: Munich to Rothenberg to Berlin, with a few stops in between

Who: Stephen and I – Yes, Stephen got to come this time!!  He’s so lucky.  Ha!

I am trying so hard to get caught up on trip reports!  I’ve got some good ones to share!  And this is one of the best.  In fact, this was hands down, one of the best vacations we’ve ever had.  Adventures by Disney comes with a steep price tag.  And yet it consistently fills up its trips.  And it has one of the highest return rates in the industry.  There has to be a reason for that right?  There is!  So follow along and maybe I will do a halfway decent job of sharing it with you. 

I was torn on whether a Germany ABD was the way to go.  Germany is known for beer, and we are known for being teetotalers!  Ha!  But I knew that ABD would have much more to offer than beer tastings. 

I was also torn on Germany because I lived there for five years as a child in elementary school!  That may be something you didn’t know about me!  I did!  Dad was in the Air Force and we did back to back assignments in two different places in Germany.  We traveled all over Europe during those 5 years, so I’d seen everywhere we were going!  I like to see new places!  But seeing it as a child and seeing it as an adult are two different things.  The more I thought about it, the more excited I was to go back.

The opportunity presented itself and it worked with our schedules!  So we were on our way to Germany!
