Day 9 – Universal Allllll Day

Today, we had a full day at Universal and we were dropping two more people! Carter and Ellie had to go home today, but not until after lunch!

I woke up at 7:30 and we left the room at 9. Here’s our courtyard through the window that doesn’t open:

The pool was empty!

We walked in the park and immediately grabbed some food!

We walked back through the park. Hello, Lard Lad!

We took Hogwart’s Express to the other park because we love Hogwart’s Express.

Back in the Wizarding World:

We shopped a little and then went to Dr. Seuss land.

Everyone else rode this, I’m not sure why I didn’t. Maybe I was eating popcorn!

Next we went to Poseidon! It was a show type attraction that you walk through different scenes and stop at times. That’s a horrible description. But it was pretty good!

Then it was back to Hogwart’s Express! Shocking.

The kids wanted to ride Rip it, and I did not! So a few of them went and the rest of us looked around for lunch.

We ate lunch before we had to head out of the park. Lunch was pretty good!

Dad and Mom had to take Carter and Ellie back to the airport, so there were even fewer of us! I’m so glad they stayed a couple of extra days, we had a great time with them!

We had signed up for a Feeding Children Everywhere event, so we said goodbye and we were off to the lobby.

Basically we were packaging food to send to hungry children, and it was pretty cool! Olivia asked Chase what we were doing next and he said, “Packing food for hungry children” and she didn’t believe him. She was like, “Yeah, right, well I’m going to take a nap.”

And he said, “No, we really are packing food for hungry children!” Lol

So of course she joined us.

After we finished, it was nap time!

Dad and Mom got back while we were sleeping and we met them for dinner at one of our favorite restaurants – Bubba Gump!

After that yumminess we went back into the park. We hadn’t made it on Minions yet and it was time to fix that!

It was another simulator ride, but it was actually quite cute!

We walked back to Diagon Alley for some ice cream next.

Everyone headed back to the room after that except for Chase and I! We were going to a concert! Before we left we had seen that Chris Daughtry was putting on a concert in the park and we decided to stop by for a little while.

He was good! Impossible to see in this picture, but it was fun!

After that, we walked back to the hotel and we all went to sleep!
