Day 4 – Day at Sea
The first day was a glorious relaxing day at sea! And we were headed south, so the weather was getting warmer and warmer.
See? Beautiful day!
We headed out for breakfast.
I like the Do Not Disturb magnet.
Breakfast in Windjammers!
Coke by the ocean!
It was such a pretty day!
We stopped to see what was happening in the Sea Plex.
We headed for a Cruise Critic meet next in The Music Hall.
Some of the entertainment staff hosted the meet and greet, and they had door prizes.
Next we swung by Two70 to watch a Thriller dance class. They were having a Thriller flash mob later in the week, which was such a fun idea!
Then we were back out and on our way to lunch!
We had lunch at Windjammers!
We checked the app for the day’s activities.
Next up was a Cruise Critic stateroom crawl! We got to see all kinds of rooms, it was awesome!
The first room was a Sky Loft and it was craz-mazing.
Two stories!
If I could wake up to that view, I would never close my curtains!
I didn’t keep track of all the room types we saw, and sometimes there were so many people in them, it was impossible to take pictures! But it was fun to see!
Some other verandahs we saw.
Look, a virtual verandah!
We stopped by our room next.
Next it was time for our North Star appointment! North Star is the observation pod over the ship. It’s free, but you do need a reservation!
Lots of people outside!
This is where we were going!
You can totally see my reflection. And green shorts, lol.
The views were so amazing!
That was super cool!
I took a picture of my “Magic band” at some point:
And we went to see The Gift that night! It’s one of the three big shows.
The Gift was interesting. Really gorgeous sets, costumes, great singing, but we didn’t really know what the heck was going on. Lol
We stopped in to watch some karaoke before our crazy late dinner. I love karaoke. Kelly hadn’t really watched it before and she enjoyed it, so we went several times that week!
Finally it was dinner time! Chops!
Our server was great! He jumped in before I could change my settings, so bad pic!
We had a delicious meat appetizer. Lol
And salad!
Bread:
Steak:
Dessert was my favorite! Red velvet cake!
We both enjoyed dinner! We just wish it wasn’t so late at night!
Then we went to see a comedian again.
Finally, bedtime! We were off to Disney tomorrow!
