Day 2 – The Big Apple!

The next day Levi and Missy were meeting us to spend the day! They met us in the lobby and we walked back over to the train station! I decided not to look like a complete tourist and left my camera in the room! I did take my GoPro since it’s fairly discreet. But it looks like I only took it out once!

We had donuts at the train station, but I apparently did not take a phone picture!

Our first stop was the 9-11 memorial.

The metro stop was stunning.

Outside:

It was so moving. It’s hard to express all the feelings that hit you.

We were slightly freezing after being outside for a while, so we went back to the warmth of the subway…

We walked and walked! When it was time for lunch, we found a pub!

The fish and chips were good, but maybe too authentic with mushy peas!

We kept exploring after.

Times Square –

We walked by Trump Tower at some point, and it was just insane outside.

We stopped in the Lego store which I always love!

At Rockefeller center!

I had to stop and buy a mug at Starbucks!  And we all got warm drinks as well.

At some point there we went on The Ride which I love! It’s a great 1 ½ hour tour. It’s so fun! I don’t know where my pictures from it went! I definitely took some! Here’s a good description from the last time I did it!

Missy and Levi had to get back home, so we went back to the hotel and they ran us to a drugstore to buy a case of water for Kelly. Then we said goodbye and ordered room service for dinner!

Tomorrow was cruise day!
