Day 5 – Gingerbread House Building!

Today we were in Costa Maya! There was a time change this morning, so everyone woke up at weird times.

Tammy spent some time on the Verandah until enough people were up to go eat.

Breakfast was at Cabana’s!

Most of the family were up by this time (except Chase, of course), so we all headed to Deck Four to play some shuffleboard.

Our uncle ran by us:

Afterwards, we woke up Chase and got some lunch. We had an appointment that afternoon to make gingerbread houses!

Not everyone’s house survived!

What happened?! It was looking so good!

The finished products:

We went back to the room, and then left the ship to walk around.

Tammy bought some Christmas ornaments, but then it started raining, so we hurried back to the ship!

The lines at the AquaDuck were nonexistent, so we changed into swimsuits and ran up to do some swimming.

We did a little bit more shuffleboarding before the adults had to go to Palo.

Palo Time!

They hurried through dinner so they would be able to go to the show that night, “Wishes.”

That night was the midnight premiere of “Frozen”! The kids all decided we wanted to go, but the adults went to sleep.

Chase and I broke out some pajamas to amuse our cousins.

Do we even need to say that we LOVED Frozen?!
