Day 3 – Fancy Night

Stephen and Tammy started their morning early by going to the Gold Member Reception.

I desperately wanted to eat brunch at Royal Court, because I was dying for some Eggs Benedict. When my parents came back to the room, I sprang out of bed because I was worried it would be closed! Thankfully, it was still open, so my youngest cousin and I went to brunch by ourselves. Alex and Dewa were there, and they were thrilled to have the two of us. We got quite the service, as well as a few magic tricks.

After this, we all went to see the ventriloquist, who had performed before the Queen of England and the Reagans before!

Then, Stephen and Tammy had a cute brunch date at Remy’s. (Side note: I’m only a few months away from being old enough to go to the adult-only restaurants! :)). My mom said the menu was different than the first time she was there, but the chef was the same.

Bread!

I have no idea what this is. But it probably looks good to most people, so here! Food!

When they got back to the room, it was 1:30 and Chase was still sleeping.

Ugh. Teenage boys, amiright? We woke him up, and sat on the verandah as he got ready.

From there, the family split. It was formal night, so the women stayed to get ready, and the men went out to see one of the “Thor” movies.

When everyone was ready, we spent some time taking pictures on the verandah.

Peep the GoPro!

Middle-cousin is not amused with Chase.

Next was dinner time at the Royal Court!

Stephen and I debated for a long time what the name of this restaurant was while I was writing this, and I think the world deserves to know he insisted it was the Golden Table.

Some yummy French food.

Some not so yummy French food.

After dinner, we tried to take pictures in the Atrium, but it was packed! We called a rain check.

That night’s show was “Aladdin,” a personal favorite. While it’s certainly not as good as the one in Disneyland, you can’t just skip Agrabah!

The Broncos had a big game that night, so we all went up to the top deck to watch it.

The adults finished the night with a magic show.

Stay tuned for our first Port of Call!
