Day 5 – Fastpasses for Dinosaur? Yes, Please!

Today our Fastpasses weren’t until later in the day, and we had everything we wanted except Dinosaur. I told everyone if we wanted to do Dinosaur we needed to go early or prepare to wait.

Until.

Bonnie’s (you guessed it) Magic Bands weren’t charging! Ha! So they gave her Fastpasses again! Three sets this time!

There was no reason to go early now!

We slept in and met at 10:30 in the lobby.

Ally was working on a grad school application in the room this morning, so she didn’t make it to the park until later. We took some family tree pictures without her! So rude.

When we arrived we went right to Dinosaur! We had the perfect number for a car!

Oh dang it! Ally wasn’t here! She ruined our perfect number!

Still an awesome picture. Kind of looks like the dino got Ally!

Ally caught up with us after and we rode Everest!

Then we split up for lunch! Some of us went to Flame Tree, some went to Harambe. I went to Flame Tree. I had a barbeque sandwich! Forgot to ask them to leave the coleslaw off.

Then we walked one of the trails!

After we finished, we got snacks and Aly, Colby and Carter rode Kali River Rapids.

There they are!

So wet!

Then we rode Everest again! Or some of us did.

Next it was time for the Safari!

The lion was stretched out up there!

Then we did the other trail!

At some point we went to the character spot! Olivia was so happy!

After that, we left the park for dinner at ‘Ohana! Woot woot!

After dinner, it was the moment we’d all been waiting for – Flight of Passage!

We went back to the park and all rode. Everyone was sufficiently impressed. Chase, however, got off and said it was good! It wasn’t until the next day when he rode it again, that he said he realized how amazing it really was.

We walked around Pandora at night, and then went back to the room!
