Day 2 – Food and More Food

We all made it up in time this morning, and we were off to Epcot!

I made it through the line first!

And we lined up for rope drop.

Except Bonnie whose Magic Band wasn’t charging and believed the crazy cast member that she should go to guest services and get it fixed RIGHT THAT MOMENT.

Good gravy. It’s like we’ve never done this before.

The rope dropped and we were off to Frozen!

We had Fastpasses for Test Track, and some of us had never ridden Frozen, so Frozen it was. Which I like!

When we got there, it was down! Shoot! But we had time to wait. So wait we did.

Aren’t they all so cute?

Someone said they were hungry, and I mentioned the bakery about 50 feet away from us. I think there was an audible gasp. So we took turns getting out of line and going to the bakery.

When it was my turn, I took about 10 steps and hear a cheer behind me. It was open! Woot woot!

So I came back, of course!

Here is where we started to realize that 12 people is the perfect number for a travel party. First example?

When you have 12, you have a private Frozen boat!

Sup, mom?

Everyone (mostly) liked Frozen and we walked back towards Future World.

We stopped in the Epcot preview. Which everyone was very impressed by!

We had Spaceship Earth Fastpasses next, so we headed there. I rode with Ellie!

When we got off, it was about lunch time, so we split up.

Bonnie and family went to guest services because her band wasn’t charging – again!

We started walking back to the World Showcase.

At one point, I passed a family and I heard the Mom telling the little girl – “Ask her!”

I looked down and she was wearing a Dalmation purse, much like my Mike purse which you will see in pictures at some point, which you can only buy in Tokyo Disney! I realized they were talking about me, and I asked the little girl if she had been to Tokyo.

She smiled so big and nodded her head and I told her I loved her bag!

She was adorable.

Ally and Olivia peeled off at Mexico for lunch, and Dad, Mom, Stephen, Chase and I walked to China.

This wasn’t mine!

After Ally and Olivia got their food, they met us in China, and then Bonnie and Ellie appeared! We saw them sitting down a few tables away, completely unaware we were there. Ha!

We called them over.

Bonnie told us that they fixed their bands, and gave everyone an extra Fastpass! Woohoo!

We could do Soarin’ too now! Thank you, Disney!

We ate and then met back up with everyone else at Test Track for our Fastpasses.

We made it!

We attempted selfies.

And made amazing cars.

And look! 12 works out perfectly again!

After we rode, we walked to Mission Space for our next Fastpasses.

We split into spinning and non-spinning. I’m firmly in the camp of non-spinner.

Mom got popcorn after we finished, and I talked her into getting the refillable bucket. I promised her we would help her carry it during the week!

Today was going to be a long day.

We had plans to go to Magic Kingdom tonight, since we didn’t have a full day planned there this week. We had changed up our plans on Sunday, more to come on that, so it threw us off a little. Magic Kingdom was open until 1 am, so this was a good chance for us to do a few things there.

Stephen knew there was no way he would make it until midnight if he stayed in Epcot all day, so he decided to head back for a break. Read – nap.

The rest of us headed to Soarin.

Oh no! We didn’t have our perfect number anymore!

EXCEPT WE DID!! Guess how many people fit on one row of Soarin? That would be 11.

Perfection!

So we rode, saw all the curved fakeness that is Soarin’, and then went back to the World Showcase. We ended up in France for snacks!

Olivia and Ellie!

Brian’s snack:

Happy people.

After we ate, we walked some more. We stopped in Japan to shop. Chase was on a mission to get his favorite snack. A German pretzel!

Ooooh –

Then we were off to China!

See! We took turns carrying the popcorn bucket!

Ridiculously soon after all those snacks, it was time for dinner at Via Napoli! Stephen made it back for dinner.

Which was a giant pizza!

After dinner we split up again. Some were headed back to the hotel, and some to Magic Kingdom! We stopped on the way out for a group shot for those walking out the front –

It’s grand and miraculous.

Extra Magic Hours had not started at MK by the time we arrived, so it was still packed! We did not do much successfully! We did ride Buzz!

Brian. Lol

I think we rode twice!

And Ariel because it had no line.

The castle was beautiful, and everyone sent me their phone pics.

We ended on Big Thunder!

Then it was bedtime! Thanksgiving was tomorrow!
