Day 4 – Nailed. It. 

 

Today we had to get up insanely early.  We were rope dropping Smuggler’s Run! 

We met in the lobby at 5:30.  5:30!!!

We got to the Studios when it was still dark out!

We waited for rope drop.

We couldn’t see the stormtroopers, but we weren’t too far back. Everyone had very strict instructions to stay together, shoot the gaps when you could, and keep up with the person in front of you.

And we are off!

Walking, orderly walking…

I was in the front, and I glanced behind me a few times and everyone was pretty close!

When we got to the land and made it into an actual line, I turned around and we were all there! All 12 of us!! And we were practically in the front, there were probably only 50 people in front of us!

We nailed that rope drop. I was so proud.

And we were off! Everyone absolutely loved it.

We went back to Slinky Dog next! Three groups of four. Perfect.

Then we had Tower of Terror Fastpasses. I don’t know if you can see Brian’s shirt, but it was Star Wars themed! I took a close up later!

We rode Tower and then we had Fastpasses for Rock ‘N Roller Coaster! How, you ask? Because Bonnie’s Magic Bands weren’t working again!

After another trip to guest services, we had more Fastpasses as an apology. Thanks, Bonnie!

Only 8 of us chose to ride though!

Here we are!

We had Toy Story Fastpasses soon, so we made our way back that way. We stopped for coffee and snacks.

This pastry line ended up being like 30 minutes long! But we had time. We were mostly patient.

When we got on Toy Story, Chase and Olivia wanted to recreate this picture –

So they did!

Nailed that too. And I took a bonus picture with an Ally photobomb.

Then it was lunch time!

After lunch we took a break! We headed back to the hotel to rest.

Dinner tonight was at 50’s Prime Time! Yum!

Here’s Brian’s shirt!

I love that shirt. He said he got a few comments from the residents of Batuu. Comments like – “That’s not funny.” Or – “Too soon.”

Hilarious.

We wandered over to Launch Bay at some point and met Chewie!

We had reservations at Oga’s! It was dark out again!

We said we would wait for a table.

Chase accidentally got strange food instead of a drink.

SD-14 was there!

After Oga’s, Ally and Colby had droid making appointments!

Colby had a hard time choosing. Haha!

All done!

After droids, we did Frozen Sing Along, then Star Tours! And then it was back to the hotel for bed!
