Day 3 – For the First Time in Forever – Castaway Cay for Pictures

 

Today is the best day of any Caribbean cruise – Castaway Cay day!  But for the first time ever, we weren’t really getting off!  Missy and I were planning on getting off and taking a few pictures, but that was it!  Crazy!

We’re here!

Breakfast!

After eating, we went down to see the parts of Oceaneers that we missed before.

These little chairs are adorable!

Everything was so well done!

And the bathrooms? So cute!

Here’s Cargo Bay! We kept missing it.  I had to go on the next cruise!

It’s a Small World Nursery!

We realized the rooms would be pretty empty today, so we went back to the 2-Story for pictures.

Then we went up to Cove Café for coffee. We stopped in The Rose again.

Not going to lie, I was expecting a bigger design. Ha!

We never made it to the AquaMouse, but I did do it on the next cruise! It’s very cute!

Back in the room to change –

Off and right back on!

Then it was time for lunch on the pool deck! They had window clings up for the media.

This is a very bad picture, but lunch on the pool deck is delicious these days. Top notch!

Then it was time for the Chip and Dale pool! See? Empty!

Missy ordered a bottle of Moet to share with our friends!

We lounged in the pool for a while and talked to lots of people. It was a great afternoon! Then we went back to shower for dinner. I decided to take some pictures before going back.

I finally made it in the candy store!

Our last dinner was in 1923!

When in doubt, churros are the answer!

After dinner, we met some friends in The Rose. Misty is a tea lover, so she had this fancy tea concoction:

The Little Mermaid! We were finally going to get to see it! No one else seen it yet! And we were going to watch it with Jody Benson! How cool is that?

So off we went!

Loved it! After we finished, we met up with more friends in Hyperspace.

Then it was back to The Bayou! And more Cloudem!

One of our friends got us all pizza! Because we were starving. And it was delicious.

We stayed up very very late because we didn’t want it to end!  It was a spectacular cruise.  I love this ship, and that cruise was too short!  Thank goodness I was getting off and getting right back on!
