05 Jul Day 2 – Rainforest Room!
I woke up at 7 today. Way too excited to sleep!
Stephen went running and Ally and I watched Beauty and the Beast.
Ally had a massage at 8, so we ate breakfast in the lounge. She declared these alone to be worth the price of concierge.
Then we did a walk about the ship.
For any photographers out there, I told Chase he has a 2.8 style. He lives in that f-stop. And I love it! This is his:
It was gorgeous outside again!
Concierge sundeck!
And hot tub!
Coming into Nassau!
We had the whole Rainforest Room reserved at 10:00. Man I loved it when you got the whole room for two hours. This is a first for most of us that I could do over and over! It was amazing!
Carnival was next door!
Everyone loved it! We went back to the room to change.
We went to lunch in Cabanas after.
Chase took this one!
Then we got off the ship and walked to the Queen’s Staircase. Well not Ally. She stayed on to nap! Ha!
I think my mom and I were the only ones who had been before!
Look at these cuties!
Then we got back on, showered, and got ready while watching Tangled. Chase met Stephen and me for crafts!
Look what we made!
We also had a pretzel!
Hello, Celebrity!
We all met in the lounge before dinner. Ally decided she could probably never sail again without concierge. She said she could go back and forth between the lounge and the stateroom all day and be perfectly happy. Ha!
Chase took some pictures before dinner.
Dinner tonight was in Palo! Woohoo! We had the private room with Victor. Victor was awesome. The souffle was also awesome. Of course.
After dinner, we went to see Beauty and the Beast. Love that show!
Then we debated what to do. Go to bed? Match your Mate? Trivia?
Bath and bed won!

Posted at 11:00h, 07 JulyLove that! I’ve gotten away from it, and I want to get back! I think it’s because I’ve gotten in the habit of always using my wide angle. It’s light(er) and great for indoors. I should fix that! 🙂

Posted at 12:21h, 07 JulyI went through a period of 5 years or more where I used my wide angle lens almost exclusively. I miss that a little at times. But on this last trip, I just used my phone camera’s wide setting when I need wide angles, mainly for group selfies! 🙂
