Day 9 – Last Day at the Most Gorgeous Beach Ever!

Last day! Sadness. But what a beautiful day it was. We had no real plans except to enjoy every second.

Because, well – this.

As soon as Chase saw the kayaks on our back porch, he was itching to get out there. My shoulder wasn’t fully healed from breaking it a few months ago (I had surgery scheduled for a few days after we returned) so I was a little nervous about kayaking in the open ocean. The boys decided to go alone.

Ally and I were okay.

What a beautiful day! Although I feel like I said that every day.

They’re back!

Back in the water!

Today was just a day to relax! We played in the water, watched soccer, played some more, rode bikes, ate at subway, and drove to pizza hut and brought back pizza for dinner. It was a heavenly day.

And here was sunset to top it all off!

We woke up super early the next morning and headed home!

We all love Hawaii so much. I’d recommend it to anyone. There were a few things we didn’t do this time because we had done them before that I’d definitely recommend if it’s your first trip! Like Pearl Harbor, hiking Diamond Head and the Polynesian Cultural Center.

There’s so much to do! We will definitely be back!

Thanks for reading!!
