Day 7 – Sea Day in Nassau!

Good morning!  We were almost to Nassau when we woke up!

We pulled up, and didn’t back in!!! Whaaa?

I have literally never seen the ship not back in at Nassau. Not saying it’s never happened, but I haven’t seen it!

Here’s the lounge breakfast!

Today we had no big plans. Some ladies went ashore, some stayed onboard. We kept in touch via Chat and met up at various times.

Kris and I met Ileen and she got her brand-new droid out. We walked around and took droid pictures!

We wanted to take a droid shuffleboard picture, but they were in use. So we relaxed and waited our turn.

Success!

A cast member walked by and fell in love with our droids.

Since I’d never seen the ship pulled in this way, I wanted to get off and take pictures! Ileen came with me.

Then we got back on and went to Cabanas for lunch.  Bad phone picture!

We spent the afternoon relaxing! Then dinner was at Palo! Woohoo!

When we got there, we ran into our server from the first Disney Cruise Blog Cruise!  She hugged us, and asked if we wanted her to help us! Of course! We loved Katia!

Here she was last time!

And you may remember she was our server on my birthday cruise the next month too!  Three cruises in a row!

I had gnocchi because they don’t have the mushroom risotto anymore! So sad!

Whoever was next to me had a bowl of beans. Horrifying…

Let’s cleanse those palates!

I had a filet of course.

And souffle of course.

Filet and souffle! It rhymes! Someone got two!

Man, that was good. Here was the Palo dinner group!

Tonight was Halloween on the High Seas, so we split up and met again in the clubs for the show!

I got there early and we grabbed some tables. At one point I decided to go back and get my camera. When I was walking down the hall, I passed someone dressed like a broom from Fantasia! I thought it was adorable. Then I looked at the little tiny opening for the face and realized – I KNOW THAT FACE!!

It was Sherry!!

I seriously almost feel over laughing. It was so funny.

I didn’t have a big lens, so I couldn’t get a good picture, but look how cute she is!

And she won the costume contest! Woohoo!! Represent!! Jenell and Misty were also adorable!

Then we said goodnight to everyone and went to bed! Halloween pumpkin!
