Day 5 – Cabana-nana-na-na

Today I woke up at 7!

Here we are!

 I love this message!

We waited for some of the ladies downstairs again.

And we’re off!

Today we were going all the way over to Serenity Bay, so we took the tram. Stitch waved at the passing trams!

This is the same cabana I was in back in August!

I filmed the cabana:

The beach was empty!

There was a giant stingray about an inch from my finger in this pic!

We got out our floats and got in that gorgeous water.

More and more ladies showed up.

While we were out there, the stingray came back to visit. I realized it may freak some of the ladies out, so I warned everyone he was coming.

He hung out in our circle for like 30 minutes! We named him Sam.

Most of the ladies were fine, but 30 minutes took a toll after a while, and a couple were done and got out. Ha!

We got out at lunch time and went to stuff our faces!

When we got back, we went right back to the water.

At some point, we took a long walk around the entire roped off area. It took a while, but we found lots of things! A sea slug (YUCK!), starfish, more stingrays, sand dollars, etc. It was very cool!

Finally, we got out and caught a golf cart back.

Right after I took this picture, my hat started to blow off, I jerked my hand up to grab it, and accidentally threw Coke all over Jess who was behind me! Whoops!!! Sorry Jess!

But my how we laughed.

This turned into door to door service!

We went back to the room and found our concierge gift waiting!

Then we showered and got ready for our last dinner in Enchanted Garden. We had such great dinners together every night.

Mary had purchased a bottle of wine the night before and they brought it back out. But several of the ladies had been to a tasting right before dinner, and so no one was partaking. Mary didn’t want it to go to waste, and asked our server if she could give it to them. He declined at first and then said he could accept it if she told the head server that she wanted to give it to them. I had no idea you could do that! That was very thoughtful of Mary!

We went for one last trivia win after dinner!

We went to Evolution for a game, they kicked us out, and we went to Pink. Then it was time to go back to Evolution for another Match Your Mate! Then it was bedtime!

I often say at the end of these trip reports what a great cruise it was. This one was seriously great. Maybe it was because we had been away so long and were so happy to be back, but everyone was so happy. Like, all the time! Everyone seemed to really enjoy each other, even people who hadn’t spent much time together before. And everyone definitely loved being back. This truly was, one of our best LoL’s ever!
