Day 4 – The North Shore and Turtles!

Today we were going to the North Shore! Yay! Our lose goals were turtles, Shave Ice from Masumoto, and a shrimp truck.

We stopped in a little shopping center for Chase. He was looking for some shoes from the Patagonia store.

Then we found the shrimp truck that had been recommended to us!

Roaming chickens!

After we filled our bellies, we went to the Lost Beach as I like to call it! Several years ago, they were still filming Lost here and you could walk right up and see the set! The wreckage is gone now, but the turtles weren’t!

There were sooooo many turtles.

I was super excited when we found this one!

After we spent a long while with the turtles, we walked back to the car and were off for Shave Ice at Matsumoto!

Matsumoto is THE place for Shave Ice. It’s cheap and delicious. There’s ice cream at the bottom!

We drove a little bit farther up the North Shore and then went back “home”. I think we had a little nap!

It was a gorgeous evening!

Tonight we were walked across the street for some pizza!

The pizza place had the Mickey spirit!

We finished with ice cream!

Back at the resort!

Tonight we watched You Again before bed! I liked this movie before bed tradition we had started.
