Day 4 – The Grand Floridian and Chef Mickey’s

Today we mostly planned to hang around the resort and enjoy it!

But we did want to go to Epcot for a little while.

It was a beautiful day!

We walked over to the main building to get some food.

This lobby will never not be gorgeous.

We decided to do a monorail resort tour, and stopped at the Contemporary for a few minutes!

Then we met Cameron at the Polynesian for lunch! Captain Cooks is one of my favorite places to eat!

Then it was Epcot time!

We got some food at the booths of course.

Sup, Goofy!

I wasn’t feeling all that well, so we sat for a little while and then headed back to the Grand! I took a glorious two-hour nap and then I felt much better.

Thank goodness, because we were going to Chef Mickey’s tonight!

We met Sandra, Joanna, and Jess there!

Donald was very excited when he saw SD-14! And Joanna. He clearly recognized Joanna!

And he was happy to pose for a picture!

SD-14 was meeting all the celebrities on this trip! Me too!

Here’s all the ladies!

After a fun dinner, where Mukta and I realized we enjoyed telling our Joe Rohde story to anyone and everyone who would listen, we went out to the Outer Rim and met Mary and Siobhan. We stayed there for a while, and then went to Tambu at the Polynesian!

SD-14 was a bit of a lush.

Bill and Heather and their adorable children came and met us and we talked for a while!  

We hung out for a while and then said goodnight to everyone.
