Day 4 – Biking in Vienna

We were in Vienna today!  And we were biking around the city!

We ate breakfast and then went to get our bikes.  The forecast was great for the day!

Except it was sprinkling a little bit when we got up there…

Thankfully I made a last-minute call to go get my rain jacket, because five minutes into our ride, the heavens opened. It poured off and on for an hour!

The bikers were all in really good spirits though! The guide was awesome and kept us going.

I did not take my camera!

We saw a TON of Vienna and had a great time overall!

We had one break with some free time and Ally and I went to find snacks. I found my favorite German cookies and Coke Zero!

When it was time, we met back up with the group and rode back to the ship. We rode right through an amusement park! It was cool but pretty funny that we could just go right through!

Then it was time for lunch. Didn’t bring my camera for some reason!

We showered, and I walked around after for a few pics.

Today we were dockside, and our room was at ground level!

Vienna is obviously a highlight for many cruise lines!

In the afternoon we had a tour of Schonbrun Palace. We took a bus there. There was some confusion about whether we could take big cameras inside. I didn’t want to leave it on the bus, so I decided to risk it! I knew we couldn’t take pictures inside, but I wanted to take pictures of the grounds!

Made it inside! We had 30 minutes to walk around after.

Then it was back to the bus! We had dinner when we got back. We also had the option to go to a Mozart concert, but we decided not to. So for us it was dinner and bed!
