Day 7 – Salmon and More Salmon

Today we were in Ketchikan!  We woke up at 7.

After breakfast we caught a tender into town.

Norwegian!

We walked to the salmon run!

The salmon were running! We saw sooooo many!

Can you see them all? Waiting for their turn to climb?

At the top, the river was full of those that made it!

We came back down and walked through town.

We watched this seal for a while.

Debbie bought some salmon when we got back into town, and then we caught the tender back to the ship for lunch.

Then we napped! And then we relaxed and read outside.

At some point I realized we may pass right next to the Disney Wonder! I texted Kelly and asked if they could track us and let us know when we got close. Of course, they said yes! We got closer and closer, and then nowhere near each other. Bummer!

We had a small dinner and then went to the lounge for a game of Liar Liar. Which was pretty entertaining.

Then it was bedtime! Sea Day tomorrow!

Day 7 – Salmon and More Salmon 
Day 8 – Sea Day and Galley Tour 
Day 9 – Home Again!
