Day 1 – Embarkation and GO!

We woke up way early and I raced to the window to see if we could see the Wonder:

Dang it, Joan!

We got ready and went to the lounge and had a gourmet breakfast!

We walked to the pier. It wasn’t a bad walk, but then again, I was just rolling the carry-on. Stephen had my giant suitcase!

We got in and Kelly commented on how much better the terminal looked.

Mickey was there!

When it was time to board, we raced to the front! I was soooo excited! I was tweeting for Touring Plans and sending pics to Heather to post on Storybook’s social media, so the next couple of hours were a whirlwind! I have mostly phone pics for the first afternoon! Here we come!

Then we ran up to see the new concierge lounge. It looked great!

Kelly confirmed that there was no buffet in Tiana’s so we took a break from racing around and met them for lunch in Tritons!

On the way out we ran into Tanya and family! We saw them a few times! We went to the new clubs first!

Finally in our room!

Heather and Missy were on the first sailing with me after the Magic was reimagined and Missy got under the bed to show how much room there was. They wanted to know if Stephen was fulfilling his duties. So he obliged!

Muster was in Animators, and it was updated!

We went out to deck 4 for the sail away, and Brian and Chandler were there! We waved at them and Kelly yelled something like “We’re on a cruise and you’re not!!” The people next to us looked horrified until she explained they were her children! Ha! Sailing away!
